This Privacy Policy explains how JugaBETA Arena (“we”, “us”, or “the app”) handles information when you use our mobile game and this website.

Information we collect

You can play as a guest without creating an account. In guest mode, your game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device.

If you choose to create or sign in to an account, we process the following information through Firebase services:

• your email address and account identifier;
• authentication information needed to sign in with email, Google, or Apple;
• game progress, such as completed levels, stars, best scores, and settings.

We do not collect payment information, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone data, or health data. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.

How we use information

We use account information only to provide sign-in and to synchronize your progress between your devices. Local game data is used to save your progress and settings. We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Service providers

We use Google Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore to provide optional account sign-in and progress synchronization. These services process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms. Google’s privacy information is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

Data retention and deletion

Guest-mode data remains on your device until you delete the app or clear its data. Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated game-progress data by contacting us at support@juga-arena.win. We may need to verify that you own the account before completing the request.

Children’s privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app or applicable requirements change. The current version and effective date will always be published on this page.
